Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that high volume periods (such as product launches or holidays) may result in minor delays.

Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Heat & Melting Warning (Gummy Products) Our products are heat-sensitive. While we take precautions to store them in a temperature-controlled environment, Luma is not responsible for products that melt during transit or after delivery.

  • Please monitor your tracking number closely to ensure you can retrieve the package immediately upon delivery.

  • Do not leave packages in mailboxes or direct sunlight during warm weather.

  • If your gummies arrive slightly soft, allowing them to cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator will often restore their texture without affecting potency.

International Shipping [If you only ship to the US, delete this section and replace with: "We currently only ship within the United States."] We offer international shipping to the following countries: [List countries or "Select countries worldwide"]. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luma is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lumasupplement@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at lumasupplement@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Lost or Stolen: Luma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, LUMA will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. If you realize you made an error, email lumasupplement@gmail.com immediately. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to correct it. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the destination.
